This workshop will highlight the importance of modern collaborative tools in improving productivity and coordination among teams dedicated to customer experience. Participants will discover how these solutions facilitate real-time communication, document sharing and project management, while integrating artificial intelligence features to optimise workflows. The workshop will address the benefits of hybrid collaboration, combining remote and face-to-face work, to strengthen collective innovation. Leading platforms for co-creation, task tracking and information centralisation will be presented, thereby reducing organisational silos.<\/p>

The aim is to give participants practical tools for choosing, deploying and using these tools effectively in order to improve team agility and responsiveness.
